But despite high sales numbers, many people across the country and even in Texas are still unfamiliar with Shiner’s lighter side. Unlike the typical light beer, Shiner Light Blonde is extremely flavorful and full bodied, while only being 99 calories. Bakery took advantage of the beer’s big flavor and shockingly low calorie count to reintroduce Shiner Light Blonde to Texas and the national audience.
